Applications
Brushed process brushing is a common technique used for stainless steel products, which can be made into several kinds of straight, messy, threaded, corrugated and swirled according to the decorative needs. Stainless steel surface brushed to give a superb feel, delicate luster, wear-resistant surface and personalised texture effect. It is widely used in electronic equipment, kitchen appliances, mechanical equipment.
Brushed metal is a finishing technique, mainly applied to the surface of sheet metal, where specific effects are achieved by repeatedly scraping lines with sandpaper. The process consists of degreasing, sanding and washing steps. By means of a special film technology formed after anodising, a film layer containing metallic components is generated on the metal surface, which shows clear fine filigree marks and creates a unique appearance with a mixture of matte and hairline lustre. The use of brushed metal process is becoming more and more widespread, especially for the product metal shell, to enhance the aesthetic and anti-erosion performance, give the product a sense of fashion and technology, which is one of the reasons for its popularity. The brushed metal process is mainly classified into different forms such as straight grain, messy grain, corrugated grain, spinning grain and thread.
